Paper I (Primary Level)

Minimum Qualification:

Senior Secondary (Class XII) with at least 50% marks

Additional Requirement:

AND 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) OR 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed) OR 2-year Diploma in Education (Special Education)

Subject Combination:

Any subject combination

Paper II (Upper Primary Level)

Minimum Qualification:

Graduation with at least 50% marks

Additional Requirement:

AND Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) OR 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) OR 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed)

General Category Age Limit

Age will be calculated as on the last date of application submission. Age relaxation is available for reserved categories as per government norms.

OBC Candidates

Upper age limit relaxed by 3 years

3 years

PwD Candidates

Upper age limit relaxed by 10 years

Other Important Requirements

Nationality & Domicile

  • Must be a citizen of India
  • Must be a permanent resident of Tripura state
  • Domicile certificate must be submitted
  • Knowledge of local language preferred

Document Requirements

  • Educational certificates (original + photocopy)
  • Identity proof (Aadhaar Card, Voter ID)
  • Category certificate (if applicable)
  • Domicile certificate
  • Recent passport size photographs
